With the sheer volume of content produced at NIA many people work on the backend of the site. To protect the integrity of the site and maintain clear documentation and continuity, we created a "Web Admin Guide" with information on page types, use cases, and required accessibility and usability practices. 

This plan documents how the web team will coordinate between contractors, IT, and institute staff on next steps, identifies points of contact, and provides clear instruction on how to document and assess outages after the fact so the web team can work on preventing future outages wherever possible.
